Performs highly responsible professional accounting work, directing activities which include financial reporting, financial analysis, regulatory reporting, fund accounting, maintenance of general ledger system, receipts, disbursements, payroll, cash management, internal control assessment and other financial management functions for use by management and governing boards and committees.
