Company Overview
The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UT Health San Antonio), one of six health institutions in The University of Texas System, is the major source of health professions education and life sciences research in South Texas and is a major center for patient care in South Texas. UT Health San Antonio is a comprehensive academic health center with 3,250 students enrolled in five schools: the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, the School of Dentistry, the School of Nursing, and the School of Health Professions. The University also offers cooperative programs in public health with UT Health Houston and in pharmacy with The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, collaborations exist with The University of Texas at San Antonio through the San Antonio Life Sciences Institute and a biomedical engineering degree program.
